In December 2017, Haringey Council secured £4.8m from Transport for London (TfL) to deliver a Liveable Neighbourhoods project (external link) for Crouch End. Since then, little information has been provided by Haringey Council on the project and plans have yet to be confirmed.
Therefore on Sunday 29th September from 2pm, we are inviting Haringey Council and residents of Crouch End to come together for the first time to hear about what the scheme will entail, what the timeline is, and for any questions to be answered.
Despite repeated requests from us - your local councillors over a number of months, detailed plans and public engagement have not been forthcoming, and with trialled road closures planned for October, we believe that the Council cannot wait any longer to address the Crouch End community.
Please join us, alongside local groups such as the Crouch End Forum to hear the views of all and (hopefully) hear from Council officers too.
